Aragonese music for plectrum and guitar

On December 9, 2022, the musical trio 30 CUERDAS Plectro y Guitarra will offer a concert with purely Aragonese content but with the sound of pulse and pick instruments.

The concert is titled ¡Viva Aragón que es mi tierra! (Long live Aragón!) and its repertoire covers the wide spectrum of Aragonese music, from the most popular to the most current, going through the repertoire of zarzuela and classical music that has so often been nourished by it.

The trio 30 CUERDAS Plectro y Guitarra is made up of Ángel Sancho (laúd), David Sádaba (guitar) and Luis Carlos Simal (bandurria). They embody this formation that follows a deeply rooted musical tradition in the Iberian Peninsula, that of the pulse and plectrum formations, interpreting both specific compositions for this type of band and arrangements of musical works from all periods, styles and origins.

The concert ¡Viva Aragón que es mi tierra! will take place on December 9, 2022, at 8:30 p.m., at the Arbolé Theater in Zaragoza (Expo Venue).
