The Vivere Memento group combines themes from the traditional Aragonese repertoire with some songs from the extensive medieval legacy forged in the memory of the inhabitants and the cultures that have populated our land throughout the centuries. Traditional Sephardic songs, themes from the compilation by Martin Codax, from Llivre Vermell of Monsterrat, or melodies taken from popular songs picked at the beginning of the 20th century, are a sample of this repertoire that María José Hernández, Joaquín Pardinilla and Luis Delgado select and arrange for a variety of instruments, not all traditional, with a beautiful result.
The trio has released two albums so far, counting on the second with the collaboration of three great musicians: Joaquin Díaz, Amancio Prada and Cuco Pérez.
Vivere Memento presents this second work at the Teatro del Mercado in Zaragoza, from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 February 2022.
