On March 5, Blanca Altable, a Castilian violinist from the field of popular music, visits Zaragoza, presenting her experimental fiddle project, Somos polvo (We are dust).
Blanca Altable has developed a very personal sound of violin music, inspired by the musical tradition inherited from her grandfather and dulzainero from Burgos, Simón Altable, whose repertoire she draws on as a source of inspiration.
In his extensive solo career or as part of various bands, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with great musicians in the field of folk such as Vallarna or Los Hermanos Cubero, who recently published the work Proyecto Toribio based on the repertoire of Toribio del Olmo from Guadalajara.
The concert will take place at El Corazón Verde, Zaragoza, on March 5, 2022 at 9:30 p.m.
Blanca Altable will also offer a concert at the C.C. El Matadero of Huesca on March 4 at 8:30 p.m., and another at the Miguel Fleta Theater in Utebo on March 6 at 7:00 p.m.
