{"id":6111,"date":"2024-04-19T22:07:29","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T21:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arafolk.net\/?p=6111"},"modified":"2024-04-19T22:07:29","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T21:07:29","slug":"35-anyos-de-folklore-con-xinglar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arafolk.net\/gb\/2024\/04\/19\/35-anyos-de-folklore-con-xinglar\/","title":{"rendered":"35 years of folklore with Xinglar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The traditional Aragonese folklore group <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Xinglar<\/strong><\/span> celebrates 35 years of studying, disseminating and enriching the traditional music and dances of Aragon. <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Xinglar<\/strong><\/span> was one of the pioneer groups in expanding the traditional format of the recreational jota festival with educational demonstrations of popular dances and songs extracted from our musical tradition. <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Xinglar<\/strong><\/span> created a show format that moved away from folk dance to introduce, with educational sessions complemented by clothing and popular dance workshops, the authentic folklore inherited from our tradition.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Xinglar<\/strong><\/span> celebrates these 35 years with two performances and a photographic exhibition in which we will have the opportunity to share with them their work and experience accumulated over so long.
