{"id":5849,"date":"2022-11-22T21:19:08","date_gmt":"2022-11-22T20:19:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arafolk.net\/?p=5849"},"modified":"2022-11-22T21:19:08","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T20:19:08","slug":"la-conferencia-con-los-hermanos-hevia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arafolk.net\/gb\/2022\/11\/22\/la-conferencia-con-los-hermanos-hevia\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;The Conference&#8221;, with the Hevia brothers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>The Conference<\/strong><\/span> is an educational concert, an exhibition with live music, a conference, really, but with an innovative format that takes us, hand in hand with the<span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong> Hevia brothers,<\/strong><\/span> Asturian pipers, through the life and work carried out by traditional Asturian musicians .<\/p>\n<p>This project presented by <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Jos\u00e9 Angel and Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Hevia<\/strong><\/span> combines the audiovisual format with live music to reproduce the sound and context of the popular music groups of the 20th century, from the pipers and <em>tamboriteros<\/em> (drummers) to the great bagpipe bands that of their traditional instruments animated the popular festivities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>The Conference<\/strong><\/span> takes us to the Asturias of the 20th century and illustrates, through extensive audiovisual documentation and the living example of the speakers, the importance of popular musicians at the time.
